1. The Service
Relatewise provides AI-powered relationship coaching through the website relatewise.net. Our AI coaches offer conversational guidance on relationships, communication, and personal dynamics.
2. Professional Boundaries
Relatewise is not a clinical or licensed professional, clinical, medical, legal, or emergency service. The service is for informational and reflective purposes only. If you are experiencing a crisis or require professional support, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Relatewise.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm others, circumvent usage limits, use automated tools to misuse the service, extract protected information, or violate applicable laws.
6. Subscription Plans
Free accounts receive limited usage. Paid plans offer expanded access. Plan details, pricing, and features are described at checkout or on the pricing page.
7. Payments, Renewal, and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK). If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the day you subscribed, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send a clear statement to (for example: “I withdraw from my subscription, account email …”). Sending it within the 14 days is enough. We refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. If you asked the service to start during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the time used until you told us you withdraw. Cancelling a subscription later (stopping renewals) is separate and remains possible at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of Relatewise is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Relatewise is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Dietikon, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
