Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Relatewise. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Relatewise provides AI-powered relationship coaching through the website relatewise.net. Our AI coaches (including Vera Wise, Eros, Familia, Nexus, and Synergy) offer conversational guidance on relationships, communication, and personal dynamics.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Help
Relatewise is not a licensed therapy or mental health service. Our AI coaches are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. The service is for informational and reflective purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require professional support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Relatewise. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately at team@coach4life.org if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Relatewise to: harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to extract private information about other users; circumvent usage limits or access restrictions; use automated tools to interact with the service; or violate any applicable laws.
6. Subscription Plans
Free accounts receive limited message credits per day and per month. Paid plans offer increased or unlimited access. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.
7. Payments & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of Relatewise is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Relatewise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
